What do i do if there is a problem with my product?
In the event you may have a problem with the functioning of your product, we have an extensive online service website with drawings, videos, instructions and troubleshooting to help determine what the problem is. you can also contact any of our customer service representatives at your local pure design fitness office or email admin@puredesignfitness.com.au
How does the products come shipped?
All models are shipped partially disassembled in two (or three) boxes for protection andrequire some basic assembly.
Where can i try pure design fitness equipment?
You can try the pure design fitness products at our showroom in victoria contact us to book an appointment. alternatively, we have a network of retailers around the country with demonstration products available for you to try.
Do you offer installation?
We do not offer installation as a standard option, however, if you would prefer not to assemble the product yourself please contact us for alternative options.
What is your returns policy and procedure?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchased item being delivered. all returns must be in a resalable condition and with original packaging. to notify us of a return please email admin@puredesignfitness.com.au.
How does delivery work?
Once you have ordered your products, one of our team will be in touch to arrange delivery on a day that is convenient for you. assuming that your item is in stock, we can usually deliver within 3 working days. if your item is purchased on pre-order we will be in touch when your fitness equipment is ready to ship. to prevent damage during transit, the fitness equipment is delivered partially assembled in two (or three) boxes. the boxes are lightweight and can be handled by one person. a small amount of self-assembly is required, comprehensive instructions are provided and assembly should take no more than 30 minutes.
